Our client is implementing a new product management tool, Cybele. The project is in Phase 3, focusing on creating, managing, and retiring recipes.
For this role, you will be essential in upgrading their data systems by cleaning up existing databases to ensure only necessary data is moved to the new system.

Responsibilities : Product Technologist

You will play a critical role in the Data upgrade of the current Formulation and Specification management systems. This activity will be coordinated by the Cybele core team, having one Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) per category. You will work hand in hand with the Cybele Subject Matter Experts in making sure the activities are carried out at high quality within the time and scope agreed.

Also, you will support in the Pilot phase of Cybele. Activities will entail:

  • Evaluate and cross-check different dashboards to scope of active recipes
  • Upgrade recipe data by checking data quality and recipe data completeness
  • Communicate progress to other stakeholders in a clear manner
  • Support recipe documentation creation for IDDC
  • Status management of Powders & PB recipe portfolio (active vs archived recipes)
  • Represent the IDDC categories' needs in the Cybele program team

Requirements : Product Technologist

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (process, food, laboratory, etc.) and approx. 2 years of experience in R&I or Product Development;
  • Scientific Mindset (to understand Specialized Nutrition);
  • Proactive in work and communication;
  • Understanding of Specification management tool (e.g Artemis);
  • Understanding of Dataflows between systems (e.g Artemis, BestMix); 
  • Able to work individually as in team environments;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving;
  • Analytical and detailed mind to work with specific data;
  • Living near Utrecht;
  • Fluent in English.

The Offer : Product Technologist

Through our agency, you will receive a 9-month temporary contract. 
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 9 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract; however, we are not able to guarantee this.

  • Salary will be around €3500 - €4000 gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week) and is based on education and experience;
  • 30 annual leave days;
  • Travel expenses will be covered;
  • Pension plan.
